ARE provides services to all those living in the City of Winchester and in Clarke, Warren, Shenandoah and part of Page counties.  

ARE also provides prevention education in schools, businesses, medical settings and on the streets of our communities.   These activities help to lower new infection in young, old, minority, women and men.   This disease knows no cultural or gender bounds, and neither does ARE.
