ARE, its Board, Director, Staff & Volunteers want to express its deepest thanks to ALL those who attended our 6th Annual Mardi Gras “Queen of Hearts Masquerade Ball” which made it the MOST SUCCESSFUL EVER!!!!

After expenses leaving a grand profit of $13,821.21…. THANKS TO ALL who made this possible.. Its the biggest year ever in all our Mardi Gras Fundraisers!!! We already have plans in the works for next years event… contact us to be a part…

ARE World AIDS Day Event Information
We would like to invite you to join us for a candlelight vigil and walk. This is event is to remember everyone that has been affected by HIV and is free and open to the public. We will be providing refreshments so we ask that you RSVP here.
Thursday, Dec 1 from 5:15-6:15pm Shenandoah University Goodson Chapel (Free & open to the public)
- SU-Alpha Psi Omega (APO) performers
- National AIDS Quilt Panel on display
- Family members reflections
- Candlelight Vigil/Walk to follow then refreshments at SU Brandt Student Center
World AIDS Day-December 1st
Join with ARE to remember, reflect & celebrate those lives that have been lost or affected by this epidemic on December 1st at Shenandoah University, Goodson Chapel for this FREE service.
TIME: 5:15pm to 6:15pm
Come see a National AIDS Quilt Panel on display and musical selections from SU students. Immediately following will be a short candlelight walk (weather permitting) with snacks provided at The Brandt Student Center. It’ll be an evening to remember. Also, ARE will be hosting events:
