Aids Response Effort - AIDS Response Effort, Inc., (ARE), is a non-profit HIV/AIDS service organization serving the City of Winchester and Counties of Frederick, Clarke, Warren, Shenandoah, and a portion of Page County Virginia.

AIDS Response Effort, Inc., (ARE), is a non-profit HIV/AIDS service organization serving the City of Winchester and Counties of Frederick, Clarke, Warren, Shenandoah, and a portion of Page County Virginia.

ARE is dedicated to serving those infected and affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic and preventing the spread of this disease through education.

ARE is funded by federal, state, and private grants as well as local contributions. ARE is registered with the National AIDS Hotline and The Virginia Department of Health.
